Geohex Panel Systems

Alternative solutions for landscaping. When concrete was not an option for a new driveway, the customer turned to Albion Park Landscaping Supplies, known for their innovative approaches in the field, for assistance. Albion Park Landscaping Supplies proposed the use of Geohex to provide a durable and environmentally friendly driveway.

The project presented several challenges that needed to be addressed. The existing terrain consisted of unstable soil, making it unsuitable for traditional concrete construction. Albion Park Landscaping Supplies needed to find a way to overcome the challenge and minimise the environmental impact while ensuring a stable and long-lasting driveway that maintained the aesthetic appeal of their property.

We began by comprehensively assessing the site conditions and designed a customised plan incorporating the Geohex system. Geohex panels were strategically laid out, creating a grid-like structure that provided stability and reinforcement to the driveway. This innovative solution allowed for efficient water drainage, preventing erosion and minimising the risk of flooding.

The implementation of Geohex panels for the new driveway gave excellent results. The customer can now enjoy a durable and visually appealing driveway that withstands the weight of vehicles, even on unstable soil.
